PRAYERS NEEDED... I have called on you all before to pray for my cousin's baby Faith, in this past post, and I am calling on you again. Faith, who was born with HLHS, a congenital heart defect leaving her essentially with half a heart, is currently back in the hospital, and her parents and doctors are at a bit of a fork in the road, one of which would result in the need for a lung/heart transplant. Please, please, join me in praying that Faith is found to be eligible for a different surgery to stretch her veins and remove build up, and that the one lung that is currently not doing too well gets better too so that she can be strong. This is a very critical time for Faithy. In addition to prayers, I would really appreciate if you all could head over to http://faith.sillica.com and offer Faith, as well as her parents Erica and Billy, some much needed moral support.

Kristen I am definitely praying for little Faith Margaret. As the mother of a child who was also born with a congenital heart defect, I am especially touched by other children with heart defects. I would like nothing more than to see her heal and become healthy. Sending my love and prayers....

I meant to tell you that I just received the Angel ornament that Allison made me, like the one you got for Peyton. She is such a sweet lady. She made the ornament very quickly and mailed it out before my e-check even cleared! It is just beautiful.... I get all choked up when I look at it and realize that the two of you made it possible for me to find the perfect ornament for my girl. Thank you for sharing Peyton's Angel and also the contact info to get in touch with Allison. I am very grateful to have this for Christmas.
